The displacement of Jamil's sheep =5\ km

Explanation:

Displacement is the shortest journey.

It is also the shortest distance from initial position to final position of an object.

Lets say that the distances covered by the sheep in east 10\ km =AO.

The distance covered in south is = 5\ km=OB

The distance covered in west is = 10\ km = BK

But if we look upon the diagram it goes in a rectangular shape where AO=BK we can say thatAK is the shortest distance to reach point K which is the final destination of the sheep,and BO=AK.

So displacement AK = 5\ km

The displacement of the sheep = 5\ km
