Answer:

As per Newton's 2nd law we know that

F = ma

so more mass is carried by the climber then it will need more efforts to hold it as force due to gravity on them will be more

Explanation:

As we know that the gravitational force on an object due to earth is given as

F_g = mg

now we know that the force applied by the mountain climber will be more to counter balance the weight of all the pack if he carry more mass with him.

So as per Newton's 2nd law if he need more mass with him then the efforts by him will be more to carry them all to a certain height.

Now before reaching summit if storm blows in then the air drag will also resist the motion of the climber and this will also increase his efforts

As the climber climbs the mountain, he needs to over his or her own weight component along the slope of the mountains.

By Newton's second law: Net force = Mass x acceleration

Hence, greater the mass, greater will be the force required to move up the mountain. Hence, the climber will need to apply higher force to climb up as he or she has packed too much, which resulted in the increase in the mass. Hence, there is a increase in the force which will pull him or her downward.

What is the horse power of an electric motor which can do by 1250 joule of work in 5 seconds
Ksju [112]
1250 J in 5 sec= 250 Joule(s) per second (1250/5 0

250 Joules per second = 250 Watts ( 1J/s = 1 Watt per definition)

250 Watts output = 250/0.65 efficiency = 384 Watts input

1 Horsepower = 732 Watts

Motors 1 Horsepower and under are made in certain step sizes like

3/4 , 1/2 , 1/3, 1/4, 1/16 1/20 of a Horsepower.

3/4 Horsepower is 549 Watts

1/2 Horsepower is 366 Watts

so you need to 3/4 horsepower motor to achieve 1250 J of work in 5 seconds.

Suppose the wavelength of the light is 460 nm. how much farther is it from the dot on the screen in the center of fringe e to th
gavmur [86]

The difference is 920nm.

What is called Wavelength?

The wavelength can be defined as the separation between wave crests. Additionally, a wide variety of objects move in waves, including light, the earth or ground, water, strings, air, and sound waves. Furthermore, we use the Greek letter lambda to denote the wave's wavelength. In addition, the wave's wavelength is determined by dividing its velocity by its frequency. Additionally, we employ meters (m), which is the unit used to indicate wavelength in meters.

Positive interference is produced by a bright fringe, and the wavelength is always multiple.

The difference at the center fringe is (460 nm)(0) = 0.

The difference for the first maximum is (460 nm)(1) = 460 nm.

The difference for the second maximum is (460 nm)(2) = 920 nm.

As a result, the difference for maxima n is (460 nm) (n)

Since C is on the second maximum in the image that was submitted, the difference is stated as (460 nm)(2) = 920 nm.

Consequently, the screen's central dot on the fringe E to the left slit is 920 nm.

A long, nonconducting cylinder (radius = 6.0 mm) has a nonuniform volume charge density given by αr2, where α = 6.2 mC/m5 and r
erastovalidia [21]

Answer: 2.80 N/C

Explanation: In order to calculate the electric firld inside the solid cylinder

non conductor we have to use the Gaussian law,

∫E.ds=Q inside/ε0

E*2πrL=ρ Volume of the Gaussian surface/ε0

E*2πrL= a*r^2 π* r^2* L/ε0

E=a*r^3/(2*ε0)

E=6.2 * (0.002)^3/ (2*8.85*10^-12)= 2.80 N/C

A 1200N load is to be lifted with 200N effort using a first class lever. At what distance
kipiarov [429]

Explanation:

Hey there!!

Let's simply work with it.

Here,

load = 1200N

Effort = 200N

Load distance = 15cm

We have,

According to the principle of lever.

L×LD = E×ED.

1200×15 = 200× ED.

18000 = 200ED.

ed =  \frac{18000}{200}

Therefore, Effort Distance = 90cm.

Answer:

p = mv

Explanation:

  • The momentum of a body is defined as the product of its mass and velocity. Its physical symbol is 'p'.
  • The formula for momentum is given by

                               p = mv

         Where,

                                m - the mass of the body in kg

                                v - velocity of the body in m/s

  • Therefore, the unit of momentum is expressed as the kg m/s
  • The momentum of a body is always associated with its motion. It is a vector quantity and it is directed in the direction of the velocity vector.
  • If a body is at rest, the momentum associated with the body is zero.
  • The momentum plays a significant role in the kinematics of the body. As similar to the energy conservation law, the total momentum of the body is conserved.
