The best scenario to describe the doppler effect would be listening to the siren of a passing ambulance or fire truck

then it is coming towards you, the pitch is higher, it gets higher as it approaches and peaks as it gets right in front of you. then it drop at once when it passes you and continues to drop till it fades away. this is a classic descrption of the doppler effect

ExtremeBDS [4]
Formula\ for\ density:\\\\
p=\frac{m}{V}\\p-density,\\m-mass,\\V-volume\\\\
Data:\\
m=50,4grams\\
V=57,9cm^3\\\\
p=\frac{50,4g}{57,9cm^3}=0,87\frac{g}{cm^3}\\\\Density\ of\ paraffin\ is\ equal\ to\ 0,87\frac{g}{cm^3}.

A visible light has a wavelength of 727.3 nm. Determine its frequency, energy per photon, and color.
Snezhnost [94]

Answer:

f=4.12\times 10^{14}\ Hz and E=2.73\times 10^{-19}\ J

Explanation:

The wavelength of a visible light is 727.3 nm.

727.3\ nm=727.3 \times 10^{-9}\ m

The formula is as follows :

c=f\lambda

f is the frequency of the visible light

f=\dfrac{c}{\lambda}\\\\f=\dfrac{3\times 10^8}{727.3 \times 10^{-9}}\\\\f=4.12\times 10^{14}\ Hz

Energy of a photon is given by :

E = hf, h is Planck's constant

E=6.63\times 10^{-34}\times 4.12\times 10^{14}\\\\E=2.73\times 10^{-19}\ J

Red color has a frequency of 4.12\times 10^{14}\ Hz and energy per photon is 2.73\times 10^{-19}\ J.

Explain how wavelength and frequency are important in determining the type of light.
asambeis [7]
It is important to note that the electromagnetic spectrum has a variety of wavelength and frequency of light in it. Some lights we can see, while others are not visual to our naked eye. It is actually very important to determine the kind of light as different lights have different wavelengths and frequencies. some lights are of very high frequency like the gamma rays, while others are of far lower frequency. <span />
