Answer:

Final speed, v = 54.64 m/s.

Explanation:

Given that,

Mass of a car, m = 2000 kg

Initial speed of the car, u = 23 mph = 10.28 m/s

height, h = 144 m

We need to find the speed of the car at the bottom of the hill. Let v is the speed. Applying conservation of energy as :

\dfrac{1}{2}mu^2+mgh=\dfrac{1}{2}mv^2\\\\v^2-u^2=2ah

a = g here

v=\sqrt{2gh+u^2}\\\\v=\sqrt{2\times 10\times 144+(10.28)^2}\\\\v=54.64\ m/s

So, the speed at the bottom of the hill is 54.64 m/s.

Two concentric, coplanar, circular loops of wire of different diameter carry currents in the same direction. Describe the nature
Ierofanga [76]

Answer:

Both will be attractive in nature.

Explanation:

In the given case, the direction of the magnetic field is same in both loops as the direction of the current is same in both loops. When two parallel straight wire carrying current in the same direction are brought close to each other, the force between them is attractive in nature. In the same way,  when two coplanar, circular and concentric loops of wire are carrying current in the same direction, the force between them is attractive in nature. It can be checked by using right hand thumb rule.

The significant feature of a Cepheid variable is that there is a relationship between two intrinsic parameters, one of which can
Ghella [55]

Answer:

Period of brightness variation and luminosity.

Explanation:

The Cepheid variables are used as distance indicators. This requires estimation of periods and (usually) intensity-mean magnitudes in order to establish a period—apparent luminosity relation. It is particularly important for the techniques employed to be as accurate and efficient as possible.
