Plate tectonics
Explanation:
Natural events primarily responsible for the destruction and creation of landforms on earth are called plate tectonics.
They are simply moving lithospheric plates on the asthenosphere.
- There are three types of plate boundaries which are convergent, divergent and transform.
- A convergent margin is destructive margin where two plates collides against one another. The denser plate gets subducted. Sometimes they have same density and they both get obducted creating some towering peaks where plates are being crushed.
- A divergent margin is a constructive margin. It is a spreading center where new magma erupts to the surface.
- At a transform margin, plates slides past one another.
We can vividly see that plate movement creates and destroys land forms.

Titanium dioxide is a type of mixture if particles of titanium dioxide are insoluble in the liquid.

What is a mixture?

A mixture is composed of one or more pure substances in varying compositions.
A mixture is a material made up of two or more components joined together, but not chemically combined. In a mixture, a chemical reaction does not occur and each of its components maintains its identity and chemical properties.
A compound is a substance formed by the chemical combination of two or more different elements from the periodic table. The elements of a compound cannot be divided or separated by physical processes. They are not mixtures or alloys
An element is a type of matter made up of atoms of the same class. It is an atom with unique physical characteristics, a substance that cannot be decomposed by a chemical reaction.

Nickel is the 28th chemical in the periodic table and the chemical symbol of copper (II) nitrate is Cu(NO₃)₂. The chemical reaction that occurs between these compounds is a single-replacement reaction.
From the activity series of metals, nickel is able to replace copper in the compound and this is expressed in the balanced equation,
Ni(s) + Cu(NO₃)₂(aq) --> Cu(s) + Ni(NO₃)₂(aq)
The phases are also written in the equation.
Answer:
A base accepts hydrogen ions.
