1)

first you find the maxium force that the car can produce.

f=ma

Fmax=(1100kg)(6m/s^2)

then use f = ma again to find the accel with the passengers

Fmax=(1100kg +1650kg)(a)

=> a = (1100kg)(6m/s^2)/( 1100kg +1650kg)

= 2.4 m/s^2

What is the magnitude momentum of a 2 kg body that moves with a speed of 3 m/s? (1 point)
Naya [18.7K]

Answer:

<h2>D</h2>

Explanation:

The momentum of an object can be found by using the formula

momentum = mass × velocity

From the question

mass = 2 kg

velocity/speed = 3 m/s

We have

momentum = 2 × 3 = 6

We have the final answer as

<h3>6 kg.m/s</h3>

Hope this helps you

Can I get help and an explanation on C?
Diano4ka-milaya [45]

Answer:

1.67 m/s

Explanation:

Momentum is conserved.

Initial momentum = final momentum

(30 kg) (10 m/s) + (35 kg) (-10 m/s) = (30 kg) v + (35 kg) (0 m/s)

300 - 350 = 30v

v = -5/3 m/s

Linus will move at 1.67 m/s in the direction opposite that he started.

If you dive underwater, you notice an uncomfortable pressure on your eardrums due to the increased pressure. The human eardrum h
irinina [24]

Answer:

h=10m

Explanation:

From the question we are told that:

Area a=70 x 10^{-6}

Force F=7N

Generally the equation for Pressure is mathematically given by

Pressure = Force/Area

P=\frac{F}{A}

P=\frac{ 7}{(70 * 10^{-6})}

P= 1*10^{5} Pa

Generally the equation for Pressure is also mathematically given by

P=hpg

Therefore

h=\frac{P}{hg}

h=\frac{10000}{1000*9.8}

h=10m

Why is there emf is induced when magnet is in the middle of coil?
Alenkasestr [34]
<span>An emf is induced when a magnet is in the middle of coil because when a magnetic field is changing then it produces a voltage in the coil, which causes a current to flow. If the coil is changed through a magnetic flux, then a voltage is produced.</span>
