Answer:

Pulse pressure

Explanation:

Blood pressure readings are given in two numbers, upper and lower limit.

- The upper limit is the maximum pressure your heart exerts while beating, also called systolic pressure.

- The lower is the amount of pressure in your arteries between beats, also called diastolic pressure.

- The numerical difference between systolic and diastolic pressure is called the pulse pressure.

- For example, if your resting blood pressure is 120/80 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg).

systolic pressure = 120 mm Hg

diastolic pressure = 80 mm Hg

                  Pulse pressure = 120 - 80 = 40 mm Hg

Answer:

The difference between the systolic and the diastolic pressure is the pulse

Explanation:

Systolic blood pressure is the top number of the maximum pressure your heart exerts while beating (systolic pressure),

and the bottom number is the amount of pressure in your arteries between beats (diastolic pressure).

The numeric difference between your systolic and diastolic blood pressure is called your pulse pressure.

Hence systolic - diastolic = pulse

nika2105 [10]

Answer:

a) Option D

b) Option A

Explanation:

a) Option D

Because a massive car will have more inertia which will make the car move faster but a massive car simultaneously will have more friction thereby restricting its movement in the forward direction. Hence, all the three cars will move equal distance.

b) Option A, Car F

Being most massive car, the frictional force required to stop the car will be highest.

Suppose the electric field in problems 2 was caused by a point charge. The test charge is moved to a distance twice as far from
mojhsa [17]

Answer:

it is reduced four times.

Explanation:

By definition, the electric field is the force per unit charge created by a charge distribution.

If the charge creating the field is a point charge, the force exerted by it on a test charge, must obey Coulomb´s Law, so, it must be inversely proportional to the square of the distance between the charges.

So, if the distance increases twice, as the force is inversely proportional to the square of the distance, and the square of 2 is 4, this means that the magnitude of the force exerted on the test charge must be 4 times smaller.
