Answer:

The reason why it’s difficult to treat patients at 21,000 feet altitude is because of the lack of oxygen. The higher altitude you go up, the less oxygen there is available. Trees are what give us oxygen, so being elevated will bring us far from the trees. And since we need oxygen to survive, the patients won’t recover as quickly, as their main living source is not with them, oxygen.

There is not much oxygen available at such a high altitude. For this reason, oxygen tanks would be necessary for both staff and patients, as both would need to remain at a stable oxygen level in order to survive.

Among the big five, only conscientiousness seemed to have a protective effect for health.

Which Big Five trait is most important?

While the majority of employers focus their hiring decisions on an applicant's skills and experience, more and more companies are turning to personality tests to help them decide whether a candidate is a good match. A Society for Human Resource Management research estimates that 20% of businesses utilise personality tests in some capacity throughout the employment process.

Paul R. Sackett and Philip T. Walmsley of the University of Minnesota investigated three sizable data sets of recruiting and job performance information to ascertain which personality qualities employers value most in a recent research published in the journal Perspectives in Psychological Science.
