Vitamins are group of compounds which are extremely important for normal growth and nutrition which are required in small quantities in the diet because they  cant be synthesized by the body and an excellent source of vitamin is spinach which contains vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin B2, vitamin 6 vitamin C and vitamin E. Pear provides 12% of vitamin C, and in addition it contains some amounts of potassium and smaller amounts of calcium, iron, magnesium e.t.c which are considered as minerals, while white potato has nearly half value of vitamin C.
