An injury or overuse of tendon leads to its inflammation and causes tendonitis to a person.

Further Explanation:

The muscles are connected or linked to bones through tendons which are fibrous, flexible, and tough tissues. The tendons found in the leg are generally heavy or large to anchor the muscles of the thigh resembling the ropelike cords, whereas tendons in the hand are small, a tiny band like structures. A condition called tendonitis occurs when there is a tear in the tendons or they become irritated. This condition may arise due to repeated use or overload to the tendons.

When a particular motion in the body is repeated quite often, it leads to overuse of tendons while a sudden increase in the level of a particular activity like weightlifting overloads the tendons.

Tendonitis can occur in parts of the body where tendons are found such as elbow, wrist, shoulder, knee, and heel. It generally causes ache in the tissues when the joint is used while working or playing. Other symptoms include weak joint, red and the swollen affected area.

When a crack or break occurs in any of the bones present in the leg it is called a leg fracture or a broken leg. It might be caused due to an accident, sports injury, or a fall. A torn ligament results when a person's body is hit in a manner that deviates the normal body position. It causes a tear in the ligament which links two bones together at a joint. When the blood is accumulated on the outer side of a blood vessel, it leads to hematoma as a result of an injury to the blood vessel.

D. Tendonitis

A broken leg can result from a bad tackle or jump, a torn ligament can also be a bad tackle, and a hematoma can come from a hit to the head.

Tendonitis is the inflammation of the tendons which is caused by overusage. If muscles or tendons don't have time to heal like after a week of running then they would be used too much...

Hope this helped!

Why is there an alternate school
rewona [7]

Answer:

Alternative schools provide educational options for students who are not successful in typical schools. Over the years, they have been viewed as schools where "bad kids" go, but that's not necessarily the case. Many students in alternative schools do not have behavioral problems.

Explanation:

Alternative schools have been established since about the 1970s to meet the needs of children and adolescents who cannot learn effectively in a traditional school environment (i.e., conventional public or parochial schools) due to learning disabilities, certain medical conditions, psychological and behavioral issues.
