Elyse is explaining to a friend that she will be conducting a scientific investigation. Her question is "How many leatherback se

a turtles will migrate to their home beach on the eastern coast of Australia this season?" Elyse states her hypothesis is "1,200 leatherback sea turtles will migrate to their home beach on the eastern coast of Australia this season." For her procedure, she and a team of scientists will be observing and counting the number of turtles that land on the beach. What is unusual about the description of her scientific investigation?

The scientific investigation has five basic steps and one feedback step: (1) to make an observation (2) to ask a question (3) hypothesize (4) predict and (5) make a new hypothesis based on the results. What is unusual about the description of Elyse’s scientific investigation is she did not follow the basic steps. She should have done observation first before asking a question and forming a hypothesis.

At a point 1.2 m out from the hinge, 14.0 N force is exerted at an angle of 27 degrees to the moment arm in a plane which is per
geniusboy [140]

Answer:

\tau = 7.63 Nm

Explanation:

As we know that moment of force is given as

\tau = \vec r \times \vec F

now we have

\vec r = 1.2 m

\vec F = 14 N

now from above formula we have

\tau = r F sin\theta

here we know that

\theta = 27 degree

so we have

\tau = (1.2)(14) sin27

\tau = 7.63 Nm

For the answer to the question above, we'll have to use these formulas.

A) to find time to travel the 300m,
just find horizontal component of the velocity and divide.
ie x=89 x t x cos 40, t=x/89 x cos 40
