The sufficient conditions are given by Plato with definition of knowledge does Edmund Gettier.

Explanation:

Edmund Gettier published a 3-page paper which challenged the definition of knowledge which has been defined and accepted since Plato. According to Plato, to have knowledge of something the following conditions must be met: justification, truth and belief.

This means that “justified true belief” also referred to as JTB defines knowledge of a claim. Gettier’s paper challenged this definition by presenting two examples which disproved the long-accepted definition of knowledge. One example showed that there are cases where one can have a justified true belief about something or claim without actually having knowledge of the same claim.

Wha is the frequency of a wave having a period equal to 18 seconds?
Rainbow [258]

Answer:

5.5 × 10-2 hertz

Explanation:

The time taken by a wave crest to travel a distance equal to the length of wave is known as wave period.

= 0.055 per second          (1 cycle per second = 1 Hertz)

Thus, we can conclude that the frequency of the wave is 5.5 X 10^{-2} hertz.

A 1200-kg car moving at 15.6 m/s suddenly collides with a stationary car of mass 1500 kg. if the two vehicles lock together, wha
g100num [7]
Use conservation of momentum ;

m1u1 + m2u2 = m1v1 + m2v2

1200×15.6 + 0 = 2700v

v = 18720/2700

v = 6.933 or ~ 7 m/s

5. Each of five satellites makes a circular orbit about an object that is much more massive than any of the satellites. The mass
Vikentia [17]

The options of the question are missing. I have attached it.

Answer:

Satellite in option B will have the greatest speed.

Explanation:

From kepplers third law, we know that

V² = GM/R

Thus, v = √(GM/R)

Where;

v is velocity

G is gravitational constant

M is mass

R is radius

Looking at the options, let's start from the first one;

Option A

Here, mass = (1/2)m and radius = R

So, v = √(GM/R) thus v = √(G(m/2)/R) = √(Gm/2R)

Option B

Here, mass = m and radius = (1/2)R

Thus v = √(Gm/(R/2)) = √(2Gm/R)

Option C

Here, mass = m and radius = R

Thus v = √(Gm/R)

Option D

Here, mass = m and radius = 2R

Thus v = √(Gm/(2R))

Now, inspecting all the options, it's clear that option B will have the greatest velocity because it's numerator is the biggest and will in turn lead to higher velocity.
