Im taking lambda as x (wavelength)

m = 0.17 kg

v=37m/s

h=6.62*10^-34m²kg/s

x= h/mv

x = 6.62 \times 10 ^{ - 34}  \div 0.17 \times 37
x =1.05 \times {10}^{ - 34}  m

Titanium metal is used as a structural material in many high-tech applications such as in jet engines.
Elza [17]

Answer:

a.Cp=0.523

b.Cp=25.02\frac{J}{mol^\circ C}

Explanation:

a. First, we solve the specific heat equation as follows:

Q=mCp\Delta T\\Cp=\frac{Q}{m\Delta T}\\Cp=\frac{89.7J}{33.0g\times5.20^\circ C}=0.523

b. Then, we use the molar mass of titanium to determine its molar heat capacity, as follows:

Cp=0.523\frac{J}{g^\circ C}\times 47.87\frac{g}{mol}\\Cp=25.02\frac{J}{mol^\circ C}

Fill in the blanks below using vocabulary terms-reactants, products, limiting reactant, excess reactant.
slamgirl [31]

Answer:

The vocabulary terms are in the correct order.

Explanation:

The substances that undergo chang are called <em>reactants</em>. They are what create the products. Reactants are on the left side of the equation while the products are on the right side of the equation. The new substances are called <em>products</em>. In other words, what is produced? The products are produced. The reactant that will be used up first is called a <em>limiting reactant</em>. Why? Because it is what limits the reaction. It determines how much products can be made. The reactant that is left over then, is called the <em>excess reactant.</em> That is what is left in excess and does <u>not</u> determine how much product is made.

If the density of a certain spherical atomic nucleus is 1.0 _ 1014 g cm_3 and its mass is 2.0 _ 10_23 g, what is its radius in c
melamori03 [73]
1) Calculate the volume from d = m/V => V = m/d = 2.0*10^-23 g /  1.0*10^14 g/cm^3 = 2.0*10^-9 cm^3

2) Now use the formula of volume for a sphere: V = (4/3)π(r^3) =>

r =∛[3V/(4π)] = ∛[(3*2.0*10^-9 cm^3) / (4π)] = 0.48*10^-3 cm = 4.8*10^-4 cm = 0.00048cm
