Two East - West Lines

For horizontal line we use the equation y = some number, because slope is 0

From the graph we can see that ,

Top horizontal line is at 4 on y so the equation is y=4

Bottom horizontal line is at -7 so the equation is y= -7

Two North - South lines

For vertical line we use the equation x = some number, because slope is infinity that is undefined.

From the graph we can see that ,

Right vertical line is at 8 on x so the equation is x=8

Left vertical line is at -5 so the equation is x= -5
