Answer:

P_1 - P_2 = 2295 pascal

Explanation:

As we know by Bernoulli's principle

P_1 + \frac{1}{2}\rho v_1^2 = P_2 + \frac{1}{2}\rho v_2^2

P_1 - P_2 = \frac{1}{2}\rho v_2^2 - \frac{1}{2} \rho v_1^2

here we know that

\rho = 1000 kg/m^3

also we know that

v_1 = 2.1 m/s

v_2 = 3 m/s

now we have

P_1 - P_2 = \frac{1}{2}(1000)(3.0^2 - 2.1^2)

P_1 - P_2 = 2295 pascal

If the bar magnet is flipped over and the south pole is brought near the hanging ball, the ball will be?
disa [49]

The ball may attracted to the magnet.

<h3>How can we understand that the hanging ball will be attracted to the magnet or not?</h3>
  • From the question, we understand that the ball is attracted by the north pole of the bar magnet, then the bar magnet flipped over and the south pole is brought near the hanging ball.
  • As we know, in this type of experiments of bar magnet most of the times the ball is made out of steel.
  • Steel is a magnetic material.
  • Magnetic materials gets attracted  to the magnet at both the North and South pole.
  • This can be compared to how neutral objects also gets attracted to the positively and negatively charged rods through the Polarization force.

So, If the bar magnet is flipped over and the south pole is brought near the hanging ball, The ball will be attracted to the magnet.

How to find acceleration in non uniform motion. Please give two ways
Olenka [21]

<u>The two ways to  find acceleration in non uniform motion are as follows:</u>

  • By Graphs
  • By Calculus

<u>Explanation:</u>

Non-uniform acceleration comprises the most common description of motion. Acceleration refers to the rate of changes of velocity per unit time. Basically, it implies that acceleration changes during motion. This variety can be communicated either as far as position (x) or time (t).

Accordingly, non-uniform acceleration motion can be carried out in 2 ways:

  • By Calculus
  • By graphs

Calculus analysis is general and accurate, but limited to the availability of speed and acceleration expressions. It is not always possible to get the expression of motion attributes in the form "x" or "t". On the other hand, the graphic method is not accurate enough, but it can be used accurately if the graphic has the correct shapes.

The use of calculations involves differentiation and integration. Integration enables evaluation of the expression of acceleration of speed and expression of movement at a distance. Similarly, differentiation allows us to evaluate expression of speed position and expression speed to acceleration.
