You have the same two resistors on a 10 volt series circuit. Will the voltage going into the second resistor be more, less, or t
Keith_Richards [23]

both resistance will have same voltage across it which is equal to 5 volt.

if resistance value is different then voltage drop across them will be different.

current in both resistance would be same.

let's say resistance is 5 ohm of each one.

total current = total voltage / total resistance

= 10 /(5+5) = 10/10 = 1 amp

now voltage across 5 Ohm resistance = current × resistance = 1× 5 = 5 volt

What subatomic particle is responsible for combining the atoms together to form a new substance?
Tanya [424]
The answer to this question would be: electron

When atoms bind together, that mean they shared at least one electron. The electron is located on the outer side of the atoms so the electron from an atom can collide with other electrons from another atom. The protons and neutron can't make bind because it was in the middle of the atom and won't collide each other.

What is a process by which long-term carbon is released into the atmosphere
LekaFEV [45]

Answer:

The carbon cycle

Or

Carbon moves from living things to the atmosphere. Each time you exhale, you are releasing carbon dioxide gas (CO2) into the atmosphere. Animals and plants get rid of carbon dioxide gas through a process called respiration. Carbon moves from fossil fuels to the atmosphere when fuels are burned.

if 3.56 moles of HCI reacts with excess Mg(OH)2. how many miles of mgcl2 will be produced, and how many moles of h2o are produce
zmey [24]

Answer:

 H₂O = 3.56 moles

 MgCl₂ = 1.78 moles

Explanation:

Given data:

Moles of HCl = 3.56 mol

Moles of water produced = ?

Moles of MgCl₂ produced = ?

Solution:

Chemical equation:

2HCl + Mg(OH)₂   →  MgCl₂ + 2H₂O

Now we will compare the moles of HCl with water and magnesium chloride.

                         HCl       :        MgCl₂

                            2        :           1

                           3.56    :          1/2×3.56 = 1.78 mol

                         HCl       :          H₂O

                            2        :           2

                           3.56    :          3.56 mol
