I would say that the consequence of abstaining and not having sex as a teenager would be that someone who abstains does not end up prematurely pregnant or exposed to STI's and STD's from sexual partners, seeing as they have none. This also allows a person to mentally mature and become an adult before that becomes a concern.
This is a hard question because it really all depends on the person. I would say you are more apt to abuse it orally than smoked, or its high either way.

Answer: any students don't realize that you only have three years to build your GPA for college. If you got A's in any high school level course that you took during middle You should not do this if you have a really high class rank because, while not all i am a sophomore (10) and i took 2.6 gpa in semester 1 can improve it
