The Middle East does, mainly because a group of the players
refuses to accept that another player exists, and refuses to
renounce violence and their intention to destroy the other one.
Kinda hard to avoid conflict and strife in the presence of that
kind of attitude.

I think the answer is B. All planets rotate on an axis except Venues and Uranus and only Uranus has some what of a core of ice, and they for sure don’t all have rings. So I say the answer is B
