The price of one paper towel roll = \frac{15}{3.60} = $4.1666 ≈ $4.17

The price of one paper towel roll =  \frac{18}{3.80} = 4.7368 ≈ $4.74

Store 1 sells at $4.17 per paper towel and store 2 sells each towel at $4.74.

Store one has 15 rolls for 3.60 so divide it answer will be .24 per roll. store 2 has 18 rolls for 3.80. divide it up answer is .21 per roll. so store 2 is the answer.
