If you dilute 16.0 ml of the stock solution to a final volume of 0.310 l , what will be the concentration of the diluted solutio

1 answer:
uranmaximum [27]3 years ago

Assume that the concentration of stock is 1.0 M

And initial volume = 16.0 ml

final volume = 0.310 L or 310 ml

therefore

CiVi  = CfVf

1.0 *16 ml = Cf * 310 ml

Cf = 1.0*16/310

= 0.052 M

Thus dilute solution  is 0.052 M times dilute to concentrate solution

How many MOLECULES are in 50.0 grams of lithium phosphate?
Ray Of Light [21]
Answer: 2.60 x 10^23 molecules

50.0 grams x (1 mol/115.79 grams) = 0.431816219 moles

0.431816219 mol x (6.02 x 10^23 molecules/1 mol) = 2.599533638 x 10^23 molecules (final answer is rounded)

In which species does nitrogen have an oxidation number of zero?
VARVARA [1.3K]
The most common species of nitrogen in which its oxidation state is zero is the diatomic nitrogen (N_{2}). This is because the oxidation number of pure elements (whether alone as an atom or combined with other atoms of the same element such as the diatomic nitrogen) is always zero.

In addition to diatomic nitrogen, there are diazonium (R-N_{2}^{+}) compounds where nitrogen has an oxidation number of zero.

slega [8]
The yeast and Hydrogen Peroxide is the chemical change, because when something is changed chemically, there is a chemical added that cannot be taken away to make it go back to it's original state. However when you're blowing bubbles in milk, no chemicals were added and it will go back to it's original state.
