Since hte front and back are the same and they are both triangles. The formula is A=1/2BH
And you can multiply by 2 since the measurements are the same.
A=1/2BH
A=1/2⋅1⋅2
A=1
1⋅2=2

So the front and back's area is 2.
For the sides, the measurements are different so you have to do them separately.

The right side. It is a rectangle so this is the formula.

A=BH
A= 3⋅2.2
A=6.6ft^2

The left side

A=BH
A=2⋅3
A=6

Finally, you add the answers all together and that is the surface area of the prism.

6+6.6+2=14.6

The surface area of this prism is 14.6 sq feet.

Answer:

slope = 7/5

y-int = -3

Step-by-step explanation:

this equation is in slope-intercept form. in thsi form, the slope will always be the coefficient of x, and the y-intercept will always be the last constant, or the "b" term (dont forget to include the negative!)

Three workers at a fast food restaurant pack the take-out chicken dinners. john packs 45% of the dinners, mary packs 25% of the
lyudmila [28]
To calculate this probability is often easier to calculate the complement
the prob that we are looking for is 1-P(No salt packed in dinner)
Note: No salt packed with dinner is the complement event of having salt packed within
so let's find this probability
He is what we know
if John packs 4/45 chance no salt included
if Sue packs 3/70 chance no salt
if Marry packs 2/25 No salt
We are looking into probability is the sum (note these events are disjoint)
final result should be 1- that sum

What fraction is less than 1/2. 3/4,1/6,6/12,4/10,5/8,5/2
vazorg [7]
1/6! Any fraction that represents less than a half of a whole is less than 1/2. You could also convert them to the same denominator and see the difference. Make sure whatever you do to the first fraction, you do to the other!
