Answer:

A biome that is also known as the snow forest or boreal forest is called the taiga forest. This forest is characterized by the presence of the coniferous tress.

Explanation:

  • It is the largest known biome and is known to contain the soil that has negligible nutrient content and high acidic content.
  • The limit in the organic contribution of the soil is mainly due to the cold and moist climate that does not undergo deterioration for longer period of time. Also, it adds to the thinness of the soil.
  • Accompanied by the coniferous trees, the vegetation includes broad leaved trees and some herbaceous plants.
  • The climate consists of longer winters and smaller summer season. Mammals, fishes and insects are present in the taiga forest along with the herbivores mammals.

A local AM radio station broadcasts at a frequency of 696 KHz. Calculate the energy of the frequency at which it is broadcasting
bagirrra123 [75]

Answer:

E=4.61\times 10^{-28}\ J

Explanation:

Given that,

The frequency of local AM radio station, f = 696 KHz = 696000 Hz

We need to find the energy of the frequency at which it is broadcasting.

We know that,

Energy of a wave, E = hf

Where

h is Planck's constant

Put all the values,

E=6.63\times 10^{-34}\times 696000\\\\=4.61\times 10^{-28}\ J

So, the energy of the wave is equal to4.61\times 10^{-28}\ J.

What are the forces that act on the ball pushed on the floor?<br><br>Plss answer
vaieri [72.5K]

Explanation:

The ball, for example, will feel gravity pulling it downward and the ground pushing it upward in the direction it is rolling. (Add this if the ball is rolling on the floor.) Friction is the force that causes the ball to slow down because it acts in the opposite direction that it is moving.
