Juggles the clown stands on one end of a teeter-totter at rest on the ground. Bangles the clown jumps off a platform 2.2 m above

the ground and lands on the other end of the teeter-totter, launching Juggles into the air. Juggles rises to a height of 3.8 m above the ground, at which point he has the same amount of gravitational potential energy as Bangles had before he jumped, assuming both potential energies are measured using the ground as the reference level. Bangles' mass is 70 kg. What is Juggles' mass?

Answer:

40.53 kg

Explanation:

Juggles 's mass = Mj

Bangles 's mass = 70 kg

Potential Energy is the Energy that an object gets due to its height of location

Potential Energy = mass * gravitational acceleration * height

Juggeles' s Potential Energy = Bangles potential energy

                 Mj * g * 3.8  = 70 * g * 2.2

                                Mj = 40.53 kg

Two resistors, R1 and R2, are
dlinn [17]

The reciprocal of the total resistance is equal to the sum of the reciprocals of the component resistances:

1/(120.7 Ω) = 1/R₁ + 1/(221.0 Ω)

1/R₁ = 1/(120.7 Ω) - 1/(221.0 Ω)

R₁ = 1 / (1/(120.7 Ω) - 1/(221.0 Ω)) ≈ 265.9 Ω
