Answer

Find out the 6th term in the geometric series.

To prove

As given the geometric series be

a_{n} = 3\times 4^{n -1}

Put n = 6 in the above equations

Thus

a_{6} = 3\times 4^{6 -1}

a_{6} = 3\times 4^{5}

a_{6} = 3\times 1024

a_{6} = 3072

Therefore the 6th term of the geometric series is 3072 .

Thus option (A) is correct.
