Older people are the ultimate survivors. It takes strength to get this far. You can learn about how much family really matters, you can learn from them that laughter really is a great medicine. A little humour goes a long way towards making bad times more bearable and good times more memorable.

An important habit to learn from seniors is to be kind and humble. The elderly will always remind you that you don't know what others are going through. Just observing some older people in our lives can help us empathize with others in various situations
