False, unless im putting too much thought into this question i would say you're losing 5 because that is the number in between 4 and 6. just like 4 is the number in between  3 and 5

To make Diane's special punch it take 4 cups of juice for every 7 cups of Lime soda. How much juice will be needed if we have 21
stiks02 [169]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

4 cups of J for every 7 cups of soda  4:7

21 cups of soda will take 12 cups of J

If you take the 7 and multiply by 3 you get the 21.

So you will need to multiply the 4 by the 3 to get the 12. You need to keep everything in proportion.

4:7   same as 12:21

icang [17]

We are given the following expression:

\sqrt[3]{875}

We can factor 875 as:

\sqrt[3]{125\times7}

Now we will use the following property:

\sqrt[x]{a\times b}=\sqrt[x]{a}\times\sqrt[x]{b}

Applying the property:

\sqrt[3]{125}\times\sqrt[3]{7}

Solving the cubic root on the left:

5\sqrt[3]{7}

Since we get simplify any further this is the answer.

3 Prove that<br>cos130°+cos 110+ cos10=0
Evgesh-ka [11]

We know, cos A + cos B = 2cos(C+D)/2 × cos(C - D)/2

So,

cos 130 + cos 110 + cos 10

cos 130 + 2cos (110+10)/2 × cos( 110-10)/2

cos 130 + 2cos 60 × cos 50

cos ( 180 - 50 ) + 2cos60 cos 50

We know, cos ( 180 - A ) = -cos A

2cos 60 cos 50 - cos 50

Also, cos 60 = 0.5

2×0.5 cos 50 - cos50

cos 50 - cos 50

0  = RHS.

Hence proved
