Make a Borax solution by placing one teaspoon of Borax in a cup of hot water and stir.
Make a glue solution by mixing two tablespoons of Elmer's liquid glue with one teaspoon lotion, a squirt of shaving cream, and three squirts of foaming hand soap.
Slowly add the Borax solution  to the glue solution, one spoonful at a time. Stir in between each spoonful added. Continue until at your preferred consistency.
