Electron configuration- 
   1 s^{2}  2 s^{2}  2 p^{6}  3 s^{2}  3 p^{6}  4s^{2}  3d^{10}  4p^{1}

Shorthand notation-
  [Ar] 4s^{2}  3 d^{10}  4p^{1}

And I can't really show it the orbital filling diagram, but it would look exactly like your last problem except the 4p orbital would have one "half" arrow on the first line pointing upwards
