  President Valentine used to be able to get other versions of himself with the same stando using D4C, but Araki told him no. President Valentine can now travel between universes by closing himself within an object, and other Valentines don't use D4C. Valentine can also transmit his stando to another Valentine.

   When someone goes to another universe they'll be torn apart into cubes, the reason for this is because there can only be one of you in a universe. D4C prevents this problem from happing though, so when President Valentine travels to another universe he won't be torn apart into cubes.

 Later in the manga when President Valentine collects all the corpse parts his stando upgrades into Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap Love Train. This new stando has the abililty to send anything that would hurt Valentine to someone else in the world.
