All you do is add up the sides of the walls, and you get your answer.

Just add the sides together (perimiter=legnth around)

ah, but we have a missing side
actually we don't

if that is a right angle (which we should assume, then that corner can be flipped
therefor the perimiter is actually 22+31+22+31=106ft
