The nail I believe because once the water heats up the nail it creates a reaction and once the nail gets red from being hot enough it creates energy

Answer:

Boiling Water.

Explanation:

Because there is still kinetic energy in the water. Thus it has heat energy.

Natural gas, a nonrenewable fossil fuel, is often seen as an alternative fuel in the worldwide transition to a renewable energy
liubo4ka [24]

Answer:

a) Natural gas burns more efficiently and cleanly than other sources of carbon-based fossil fuels, thus contributing to a reduction in atmospheric carbon dioxide.

Explanation:

Although fossil fuels such as coal and oil have carbon content, natural gas also has it in smaller proportions, which is why it is a good idea to use it as a transitional fuel. Although natural gas does not have the same specific heat as gasoline, its production is simpler since it does not require the expensive refining processes such as petroleum derivatives, which is why its production is more efficient.

Another facility is the amount of natural gas that is obtained from oil wells, this can be extracted and stored efficiently to prevent its spread into the atmosphere.

What is the sequence of energy transformations from the moment the ball is dropped to the moment the board is bent to its maximu
Mila [183]

Answer:

B

Explanation:

Transformation of energy involves conversion of energy from one form to another for example our movement around involves the conversion of chemical energy stored in the food we eat to other forms of energy such as kinetic energy for the movement, electrical energy in the neurons for impulses and others

The ball posses gravitational potential energy since it is held at a displacement to the ground ( zero point) and when released, the gravitational potential energy is converted to kinetic energy which leads to the fall of the ball until it is at zero displacement to the earth. The board likewise when bent to its maximum extent stored elastic potential energy as a result of the partial displacement of its constituent particle provided it is  not stretch beyond its elastic limit which can lead to deformation of the board and the elastic potential energy lost.

The speed v of a sound wave traveling in a medium that has bulk modulus b and mass density ρ (mass divided by the volume) is v=b
PilotLPTM [1.2K]

As it is given that Bulk modulus  and density related to velocity of sound

v = \sqrt{\frac{B}{\rho}}

by rearranging the equation we can say

B = \rho * v^2

now we need to find the SI unit of Bulk modulus here

we can find it by plug in the units of density and speed here

B = \frac{kg}{m^3} * (\frac{m}{s})^2

so SI unit will be

B = \frac{kg}{m* s^2}

SO above is the SI unit of bulk Modulus

Which of the following is NOT true? a. The higher the moment of inertia, the greater the resistance to changes in angular veloci
kaheart [24]

Answer:

Explanation:

The moment of inertia is the integral of the product of the squared distance by the mass differential. Is the mass equivalent in the rotational motion

a) True. When the moment of inertia is increased, more force is needed to reach acceleration, so it is more difficult to change the angular velocity that depends proportionally on the acceleration

b) True. The moment of inertia is part of the kinetic energy, which is composed of a linear and an angular part. Therefore, when applying the energy conservation theorem, the potential energy is transformed into kinetic energy, the rotational part increases with the moment of inertia, so there is less energy left for the linear part and consequently it falls slower

c) True. The moment of inertial proportional to the angular acceleration, when the acceleration decreases as well. Therefore, a smaller force can achieve the value of acceleration and the change in angular velocity. Consequently, less force is needed is easier
