∴ Speed = 40 feet per sec

Now, again

∵ Speed of object = 40 feet per sec

So, Time = \dfrac{\textrm Distance}{\textrm Speed}

Or , Time = \dfrac{\textrm 1089}{\textrm 40}

or, t = 27.22 seconds
