If a sample o water is mixed with a surfactant, the most likely result is that the viscosity of the water will increase. This is because of the property of the surfactant which is generally viscous; and becomes more viscous when mixed with water.

Let's say that you were given the following
mezya [45]

Answer:

V2~0.4839M

Explanation:

We're going to use Boyles law to answer the question.

Boyle's law:

P1V1=P2V2

P1=151mmHg

P2=166mmHg

V1=0.532L

V2=?

V2=(P1 x V1)/P2

V2=(151 x 0.532)/166

V2~0.4839M

Hope it helps:)

Propanoic acid, ch3ch2cooh, has a pka =4.9. draw the structure of the conjugate base of propanoic acid and give the ph above whi
xenn [34]

Conjugate base of Propanoic acid (CH_{3}CH_{2}COOH is propanoate where -COOH group gets converted to -COO^{1-}. The structure of conjugate base of Propanoic acid is shown in the diagram.

The p^{H} above which 90% of the compound will be in this conjugate base form can be determined using Henderson's equation as propanoic acid is weak acid and it can form buffer solution on reaction with strong base.

p^{H}= p^{k_{a}+ log\frac{[Conjugate base]}{[acid]}=4.9+log\frac{90}{10}=5.85

As 90% conjugate base is present, so propanoic acid present 10%.

I am trying to figure out what blood type the father of my son could have since my son and I are both type A. Also, my brother i
miss Akunina [59]

Answer:

It could probably be O.

Explanation:

Just like eye or hair color, our blood type is inherited from our parents. Each biological parent donates one of two ABO genes to their child. The A and B genes are dominant and the O gene is recessive. For example, if an O gene is paired with an A gene, the blood type will be A.

guapka [62]
<h3>Answer:</h3>

1 Nitrogen atom and 3 Hydrogen atoms

<h3>Explanation:</h3>
  • A molecule is the smallest particle of an element or a compound that has the properties of the element or the compound.
  • Molecules of elements are made up of similar atoms while those of compounds are made up of different atoms from different elements.
  • Compounds are made up of atoms of different elements.
  • For example, NH₃ is made up of one nitrogen atom and three ammonia atoms, water(H₂O) is made up of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom.
