No because anything can freeze but the warmer it is the longer it will take to be fully frozen. If you want the substance to freeze faster have it be cold by putting it in the fridge or something.

Answer:

No.

Explanation:

90% of the time when someone hears the word "freeze", they think cold.

However, at its core, to freeze, is to become solid, and there are many solid materials that aren't necessarily cold, for instance Lava is hot, and once it cools it becomes a form of rock that is not necessarily cold, however it has frozen into a solidified form.

VMariaS [17]

Answer:

Np-237, Ar-40.

Explanation:

Alpha particle is positively charged particle having a mass of 4 unit. Hence,when alpha is  removed from any isotope it produces a element having  mass 4 units less than original isotope that was before emission. Americium 241 isotopes used in the smoke detector which emit an alpha particle to produce neptunium-237.

Potassium-40 emits positron which is having negative charge to lower one proton and increase one neutron number in the particle and in such way it will produce ^{40}Ar_{18} not  ^{40}Ca_{20}

Nezavi [6.7K]

Answer: Ecell = -0.110volt

Explanation:

Zn--->Zn^+2 + 2e^-.........(1) oxidation

Cu^2+ 2e^- --->Cu........(2)reduction

Zn + Cu^2+ ----> Cu + Zn^+2 (overall

For an electrochemical cell, the reduction potential set up is given by

E(cell) = E(cathode) - E(anode)

E(cell) = E(oxidation) - E(reduction)

E(cathode) = E(oxidation)

E(anode) = E(reduction)

Given that

E(oxidation) = -0.763v

E(reduction) = +0.337v

E(cell) = -0.763 - (+0.337)

E(cell) = -0.763- 0.337

E(cell) = -0.110volt
