Answer:

Explanation:

When I was growing up, one of the most popular cartoons was a little possum whose name was Pogo. He often said

“We have met the enemy and he is us.”

It is something Pogo said more than once. We are the problem with biodiversity being threatened.

We clear land for agriculture, not only in Canada and the United States, but in places like Brazil where it matters what is done to the environment. Those trees are the planet's lungs. Whole environmental groups are devoted to stopping the harvesting of trees that are hundreds of years old.

Our oceans have become cesspools of plastic.

Our rivers have become dumping grounds for all kinds of pollutants like paint and car tires to name just a couple.

Our landscape has been cluttered by billboards advertising things that are hundreds of miles away.

There's mining, oil, and other industries that make Mother Nature shudder every time they come near her.

✯Correct Answer✯:

The correct answer that you are looking for would be:

B.) Habitat loss

♪Explanation♪:

Habitat loss answer option is correct because removing trees deprives the forest of portions of its canopy, which blocks the sun’s rays during the day and retains heat at night. That disruption leads to more extreme temperature swings that can be harmful to plants and animals. Yet the effects of deforestation reach much farther, it is very sad for the environment >﹏<.

I hope this helped you,

And I do hope you enjoy the rest of your day! Here take this heart you need it. (ɔ◔◡◔)ɔ ♥

Give an example of a solution that can be seperated by simple distilation.
Juliette [100K]

Answer: Evaporation of salt water

Explanation: During the process of evaporating salt water which involves simple distillation, pure water is separated with salt molecules.

When heated water evaporates from the solution since it is less dense. When condensed it becomes pure water and salt is left out since it is more denser.

What are other ways plants reproduce themselves
Svet_ta [14]
Not every plant grows from a seed. Some plants, like ferns and mosses, grow from spores. Other plants use asexual vegetative reproduction and grow new plants from rhizomes or tubers. We can also use techniques like grafting or take cuttings to make new plants.

I need help on starting the second problem.
crimeas [40]
Answer is: 15,21 liters of nitrogen is needed.
Chemical reaction: N₂ + 3H₂ ⇄ 2NH₃.
V(H₂) = 45,0 L.
V(N₂) = ?
n(H₂) = V(H₂) ÷ Vm.
n(H₂) = 45 L ÷ 22,4 L/mol
n(H₂) = 2,01 mol.
from chemical reaction: n(N₂) : n(H₂) = 1 : 3.
n(N₂) = 0,67 mol.
V(N₂) = 0,67 mol · 22,4 L/mol.
V(N₂) = 15,21 L.

Answer:See explanation

Explanation:

MOLECULAR REACTION EQUATION;

Al(NO3)3(aq) + 3NaOH(aq) --->Al(OH)3(s) +3NaNO3(aq)

complete ionic equation:

Al^3+(aq) + 3NO3^-(aq) + 3Na^+(aq) + 3OH^-(aq) ---->Al(OH)3(s) + 3Na^+(aq) + 3NO3^-(aq)

Net ionic reaction equation;

Al^3+(aq) + 3OH^-(aq) ------> Al(OH)3(s)
