Well Bob would need to calculate to net force of someone going down a water slide. Since the person is going down the slide, the person will go faster, depending on their mass/weight and the gravitational pull. As phrased in Newton’s Second Law.

Newton’s Second Law:
Newton's second law of motion pertains to the behavior of objects for which all existing forces are not balanced. The second law states that the acceleration of an object is dependent upon two variables - the net force acting upon the object and the mass of the object.

What ocean depth would the volume of an aluminium sphere be reduced by 0.10%
yKpoI14uk [10]

Answer:

6400 m

Explanation:

You need to use the bulk modulus, K:

K = ρ dP/dρ

where ρ is density and P is pressure

Since ρ is changing by very little, we can say:

K ≈ ρ ΔP/Δρ

Therefore, solving for ΔP:

ΔP = K Δρ / ρ

We can calculate K from Young's modulus (E) and Poisson's ratio (ν):

K = E / (3 (1 - 2ν))

Substituting:

ΔP = E / (3 (1 - 2ν)) (Δρ / ρ)

Before compression:

ρ = m / V

After compression:

ρ+Δρ = m / (V - 0.001 V)

ρ+Δρ = m / (0.999 V)

ρ+Δρ = ρ / 0.999

1 + (Δρ/ρ) = 1 / 0.999

Δρ/ρ = (1 / 0.999) - 1

Δρ/ρ = 0.001 / 0.999

Given:

E = 69 GPa = 69×10⁹ Pa

ν = 0.32

ΔP = 69×10⁹ Pa / (3 (1 - 2×0.32)) (0.001/0.999)

ΔP = 64.0×10⁶ Pa

If we assume seawater density is constant at 1027 kg/m³, then:

ρgh = P

(1027 kg/m³) (9.81 m/s²) h = 64.0×10⁶ Pa

h = 6350 m

Rounded to two sig-figs, the ocean depth at which the sphere's volume is reduced by 0.10% is approximately 6400 m.

un proyectil parte de su reposo con una aceleracion de 9.5 m/s si su aceleracion es constante determine en que tiempo va ha alca
IRISSAK [1]

Responder:

Explicación:

Usando una de las ecuaciones de movimiento expresadas como;

v = u + en donde;

v es la velocidad final del objeto

u es la velocidad inicial del objeto

a es la aceleración

t es el tiempo que toma

Parámetros dados

v = 150 m / s

u = 0 m / s

a = 9,5 m / s²

Necesario

tiempo tomado

Al sustituir los parámetros dados en la fórmula

150 = 0 + 9.5t

9,5 t = 150

Dividiendo ambos lados por 9.5

9,5 t / 9,5 = 150 / 9,5

t = 15,79 segundos

Por lo tanto, el tiempo que alcanzará una velocidad de 150 m / s es de 15,79 segundos.
