-. How does the number of carbon atoms compare to the<br> number of hydrogen atoms in ribose?
dimulka [17.4K]

The number of hydrogen atoms is twice the number of oxygen atoms in ribose.

<h3>What is Ribose?</h3>

This is a sugar and a component of the ribonucleotides from which RNA is built. It has the formula C₅H₁₀O₅.

Ribose is a carbohydrate with the formula C₅H₁₀O₅. This molecule is a pentose monosaccharide which has a linear form  H-(C=O)-(CHOH)_4-H. The hydroxyl groups lie on the same side in the form of Fischer Projections.

The number of hydrogen atoms is double the number of oxygen atoms. The ribose sugar is found in the RNA.

It is the genetic material which is found in some organisms that carry information from one generation to another.

A sample of air at 58.6 kPa is expanded from 250 mL to 655 mL. If thetemperature remains constant, what is the final pressure in
kati45 [8]

Answer:

<h2>22.366 kPa</h2>

Explanation:

The final pressure can be found by using the formula for Boyle's law which is

P_1V_1 = P_2V_2

Since we are finding the final pressure

P_2 =  \frac{P_1V_1}{V_2}  \\

From the question

58.6 kPa = 58600 Pa

We have

P_2 =  \frac{58600 \times 250}{655}  =  \frac{14650000}{655}  \\  = 22366.4122... \\  = 22366

We have the final answer as

<h3>22.366 kPa</h3>

Hope this helps you

Why are some rocks more easily weathered than other rocks
dmitriy555 [2]
Because of their atom's composition. some are naturally packed closer together and stronger and more durable, while others tend to be more loose and breakable and/or weaker/less durable. also with how their atoms are composed is how the atoms interact with each other/ how they share or give or take electrons.
