What do you think the saying ‘think globally, act locally’ means? How does this apply to the issue of plastic debris in the ocean?

I believe it means to worry about the entire planet but you should also help around your community. It applies the oceans having plastic in them because you can’t get all of the plastic out but you can pick trash around your city
