Answer:

Not doubled

Explanation:

The equation below represent the ideal gases relationship

PV ÷ T = constant

Here

P denotes pressure,

V denotes volume,

T denotes temperature in degrees Kelvin

Now

20 ° c = 273 + 20

= 293 K

And,

40 ° c = 313 K

So,

V = Vo. 313 K ÷ 293 K = 1.07 Vo

So, the volume is NOT doubled.

In the case when the temperature would be determined in degrees celsius at 0 degrees so the volume would be zero

What is the internal energy of a system? What is the variable for internal energy?
Orlov [11]

Explanation:

Internal energy is the sum of all the energies inside or within a system because molecules of the system will have kinetic, potential, rotational, vibrational etc energies.

Internal energy arises because of random or disordered movement of particles within a system.

Therefore, internal energy of a system is the sum of kinetic and potential energy of all the particles present inside the system.

The variable for internal energy is "U". Also, change in internal energy is represented by \Delta U.

H e l p,,, ill give brainliest :)
mote1985 [20]

Hi there! :)

Both are compounds.

CO_{2} contains 1 carbon (C) atom and 2 oxygen (O) atoms.

It contains two different elements, so it is a COMPOUND.

Na_{2} O is an IONIC compound with elements Sodium (Na) and Oxygen (O), which are different elements. Therefore, it is also a COMPOUND.

What are the symbols, atomic mass and abundance in nature of the isotope boron-11
Aneli [31]
 1. The chemical symbol of the isotope boron-11 is ¹¹B.
 2. The atomic mass of the isotope boron-11 is equal to 11.009306.
 3. The abundance in nature of the isotope boron-11 is equal to 80.1%.

What is an isotope?

An isotope can be defined as the atom of a chemical element that has the same number of protons but different number of neutrons. This ultimately implies that, the isotopes of an element have the same atomic number (number of protons) but different atomic mass (number of neutrons).

In Chemistry, there are two main isotopes of boron and these include the following:

 • Boron-10
 • Boron-11

Boron-11 is the most stable isotope of boron and it is characterized by the following:

 1. The chemical symbol of the isotope boron-11 is ¹¹B.
 2. The atomic mass of the isotope boron-11 is equal to 11.009306.
 3. The abundance in nature of the isotope boron-11 is equal to 80.1%.
