When an object threw to the free space to make an angle of 25 degree at an initial speed of 15 m/sec, the ball takes time to rea
alekssr [168]

Answer:

The horizontal distance traveled by the projectile is 15.23 m.

Explanation:

Given;

angle of projection, θ = 25⁰

initial velocity of the projectile, u = 15 m/s

time of flight, t = 1.12 s

The the travelling path of the object is calculated as the range of the projectile

R = u_x t\\\\R = (15\ Cos \ 25^0) \times 1.12\\\\R = 13.595 \times 1.12\\\\R = 15.23 \ m

Therefore, the horizontal distance traveled by the projectile is 15.23 m.

The acceleration due to gravity is higher on juniper Than on earth. The mass and weight of rock on juniper compared to that on e
soldier1979 [14.2K]

Answer:

2.5 times higher then that on the Earth

Explanation:

Gravity is higher on Jupiter then on Earth because Jupiter is much bigger, because of it's mass compared to Earth the gravity on Jupiter is about 2.4 - 2.5 times higher then Earths surface gravity which means a rock on Jupiter would be around "2.4 - 2.5 times as heavier then it would be on Earth."

Hope this helps.

What is the frequency of an electromagnetic wave that has a wavelength of 300,000 km? (the speed of light is 300,000 km/s.)?
expeople1 [14]
Frequency represents the number of complete oscillations in one second. it is measured in Hertz (Hz). Electromagnetic waves are waves which do not require a material media for transmission. They travel with a speed of light.
The speed (m/s) of a wave is given by  frequency (Hz) × Wavelength (m)
Speed is 300,000 km/sec or 300,000,000 m/s and the wavelength is 300,000  km or 300,000,000 m.
Frequency = speed÷ wavelength
                 = 300000000 ÷ 300000000 = 1
Therefore, the frequency of the wave is 1Hz

A train travels 85 kilometers in 5 hours, and then 63 kilometers in 5 hours what is its average speed?
Lesechka [4]
We know average speed =total distance/time taken
So avg speed=(85+63)/(5+5)=14.8km/hr
