Answer:

Explanation:

Initial velocity of mailbag u = 2 m/s

acceleration downwards a = g = 9.8 m/s²

time t = 3 s

a ) final velocity v = ?

v = u + at

= 2 + 9.8 x 3

= 31.4 m /s

b )

s = ut + 1/2 g t²

s is relative displacement of mailbag

u = relative initial velocity of mailbag = 0

relative acceleration = g = 9.8 m /s²

time t = 3 s

s = 0 + 1/2 x 9.8 x 3²

= 44.1 m

relative displacement of mailbag = 44.1 m .

Three capacitors with individual capacitances of 2 μF, 5 μF, and 10 μF
rodikova [14]

Answer:

1.25C

Explanation:

When capacitance is in series we add them like this: 1/Ctotal = 1/C1 +1/C2 + 1/C3.....

1/C = 1/2 + 1/5 + 1/10 = 5 + 2 + 1/10 = 8/10

C = 10/8 = 1.25

Capacitance = Charge/potential difference(Q/V)

1.25 = Charge/12

Total charge = 1.25 ×12 =15coulombs

If the density of pure copper is 8.89g/cm3(at 20•c),calculate the volume of a copper brick with a mass of 4.5kg
oksano4ka [1.4K]

The volume of a substance can directly be calculated by the ratio of mass and density. That is:

volume = mass / density

Since the mass is 4.5 kg or 4500 grams, therefore:

volume = 4500 g / (8.89 g / cm^3)

volume = 506.19 cm^3

If you decrease how much you push or pull on an object what happens to the acceleration experienced by that object?
tester [92]

Answer:

copy and paste

Explanation: As the power following up on an object increases, the speed of acceleration is increased. As the mass of the article is expanded, the speed increase of the item is diminished.
