Iron has a density of 7.86 g/cm3 (1 cm3=1 mL). Calculate the volume (in dL) of a piece of iron having a mass of 4.01 kg . Note t
Blizzard [7]
4.01 kg in grams :

4.01 x 1000 = 4010 g

Density = mass / volume

7.86 = 4010 / volume

Volume = 4010 / 7.86

Volume = 510.17 cm³

hope this helps!
