According to the experts and the department of health and human services, it is n that a healthy adult should do a minimum amount of aerobic exercise every week that depends on the intensity of the aerobic exercise.
If an individual is doing moderate aerobic exercise for thirty minutes he or she should do 4 to 5 days per week but if an individual is doing an intense exercise he must dedicate 2 to 3 days per week for healthy body. Experts suggest exercising aerobically at least 3 times a week to have good health.
