Answer:

Chemical and Biological weathering.

Explanation:

Processes that break down and weaken earth minerals are known as weathering. Over time, this can lead to erosion, in which huge sections of rock and stone are carried away, changing landscapes. Physical weathering alters the material structure of rocks, while chemical weathering alters their chemical structure.

What is the kinetic energy of a 1.40 kg discus with a speed of 22.5 m/s?
Oksana_A [137]
Kinetic energy = (1/2) (mass) (speed)²

                         = (1/2) (1.4 kg) (22.5 m/s)²

                         =    (0.7 kg)  (506.25 m²/s² )

                         =          354.375  kg-m²/s²  =  354.375 joules .

This is just the kinetic energy associated with a 1.4-kg glob of
mass sailing through space at 22.5 m/s.  In the case of a frisbee,
it's also spinning, and there's some additional kinetic energy stored
in the spin.

adell [148]

Answer:

11.9051g

Explanation:

t = Time taken

u = Initial velocity

v = Final velocity

s = Displacement

a = Acceleration

g = Acceleration due to gravity = 9.8 m/s²

v=u+at\\\Rightarrow a=\dfrac{v-u}{t}\\\Rightarrow a=\frac{70-140}{0.6}\\\Rightarrow a=-116.67\ m/s^2

Absolute value of the (negative) average acceleration is 116.67 m/s²

\dfrac{a}{g}=\dfrac{116.67}{9.8}\\\Rightarrow a=11.9051g

The deceleration was 11.9051g
