1. It is sustainable and long-lasting- The process is sustainable and hence has a longer shelf life as compared to other processes. Due to its sustainable nature, the process has the least impact on other processes in its surrounding.

2. Environment friendly- This is another important aspect of it. Sustainable techniques are distinct from others due to its environment-friendly nature.

3. Cost-effective in long run-These techniques prove to be cost-effective in longer periods. Due to extended shelf time, the cost per unit time tends to be low.

4. No harmful effect on humans-Sustainable techniques casts minimal to no impact on human, unlike erratic techniques.

5. Judicious use of available resource-Sustainable techniques re judicious in the utilisation of the existing resources. They make the optimum utilisation of the resources thus enabling humans to enjoy the maximum potential use of the resources.
