Dietary fiber from whole grains, as partof an overall healthy diet, helps reduce blood cholesterol levels and may lower risk of heart disease. Fiber isimportant for healthy bowel function and helps reduce constipation. B vitamins help the body release energy from protein, fat and carbohydrates.

1) A person is responsible for insuring the safety of themselves, passengers, other drivers, and pedestrians. They are required to obey the traffic laws and respect the right of other drivers. The driver is to remain alert and conscientious the entire time they are on the road.

2) Peer pressure, unhealthy past or current relationships, neglectful parents/gardians, and negative social media influence all can impact a teen and result in the engagement of risky behaviors to themselves and others. Dangerous driving, Illegal substance abuse, Eating disorders, and unprotected sex are among some of the common behaviors that teens participate in.
