3.906m

Step-by-step explanation:

from the topic angle of elevation and depression

putting down the above question diagrammatically

we have a triangle

The angle of elevation pad looking up = 38°

using the tangent rule TOA

TAN∅= OPPOSITE/ADJACENT

we have

tan 38° = x/5

x= tan 38° × 5

x= 0.781 * 5

x = 3.906m

Let y represent jarons age in years. If dawn were 5 years older, she would be jarons age. Which expression represents dawns age?
irina1246 [14]
This is a simple subtraction question,
y is a variable, so Jaron could be any age and still be 5 years older than dawn.

lets say Jaron is 20, since he is five years older, we can subtract 5 from 20 and get 15

so
y = 20
d = 15

d = dawn's age

How many triangles can be constructed using angle measurements 81°,52°,47° ? exactly one triangle
MrMuchimi
More than one triangle because it has to measure up to 180°

81 + 52 + 47 = 180

(Example) If you had a triangle that has the measurements 123 and 60 it would add up to be 183 so it would not be possible because the sum of all triangles cannot exceed 180°

What is 650/1000 in simplest form
just olya [345]
When you simplify a fraction, remember to perform the same operation on both the numerator and the denominator, and that there may not be a decimal or a fraction as a numerator or denominator.
You could always start by dividing with the largest common factor that you can recall off the top of your head. I'll use 10 as an example.
650/10 = 65. 1000/10 = 100.
You have now simplified the fraction down to 65/100. But wait! You can simplify this fraction down further. I'll use 5 now. 65/5 = 13. 100/5 = 20. You have simplified it down to 13/20. Because you know that 13 is a prime number, you know you have written the fraction in simplest form.
Hope that helped you!

0.138 into a decimal
Andru [333]

Step-by-step explanation:

13.8% = 0.138 in decimal form.

Percent means 'per 100'. So, 13.8% means 13.8 per 100 or simply 13.8/100.

If you divide 13.8 by 100, you'll get 0.138 (a decimal number). Read more below on this webpage.

As you can see, to convert from percent to decimal just divide the percent value (13.8) by 100, and remove the "%" sign.
