Answer:the use of masks are being revisited even though vaccines are now available to all because some people may not like the idea of injecting the virus into their body with all of the side effects and still may be able to get the virus even if they did get the vaccine.

Explanation:The bottom line is that the main reason why people do not want the vaccine and would just keep using masks over and over again,is because of the side effects.
