<h2><u>Question</u><u> </u><u>:</u><u>-</u></h2>

  • 1. order the intergers {-10, -25, 25, 10, -50} from least to greatest.

  • 2.what is the area of the rectangle?

<h3><u>Answer</u><u>:</u><u>-</u></h3>

1.

we know that,

negetive numbers are smaller than positive number,

<u>According</u><u> </u><u>to the question</u><u>,</u>

order the intergers {-10, -25, 25, 10, -50} from least to greatest is:-

\bold{(-50)

2.

we know that,

Area of rectangle =length ×breath

<u>According</u><u> </u><u>to the question</u><u>, </u>

  • lenght=15 in
  • breadth=10 in

\bold{Area=15×10   }

\bold{Area=150~in^{2}   }

Nataliya [291]

Answer: x < -12

Step-by-step explanation:

-4x – 12 > 36

4x > 36+ 12

-4 > 48

x < -48/4

x < -12

klasskru [66]

Given:

Point B has coordinates (4,1).

The x-coordinate of point A is -4.

The distance between point A and point B is 10 units.

To find:

The possible coordinates of point A.

Solution:

Let the y-coordinate of point A be y. Then the two points are A(-4,y) and B(4,1).

Distance formula:

D=\sqrt{(x_2-x_1)^2+(y_2-y_1)^2}

The distance between point A and point B is 10 units.

\sqrt{(4-(-4))^2+(1-y)^2}=10

Taking square on both sides, we get

(8)^2+(1-y)^2=100

(1-y)^2=100-64

(1-y)^2=36

Taking square root on both sides, we get

(1-y)=\pm \sqrt{36}

-y=\pm 6-1

y=1\mp 6

y=1-6 and y=1+6

y=-5 and y=7

Therefore, the possible coordinates of point A are either (-4,-5) or (-4,7).

If the speed of a is 3 ft/s up and is increasing at 4 what is the instantaneous speed and acceleration
Tasya [4]
Sorry I'm in high school.. but according to my physics class, the instantaneous speed is when t (time) is 0, or whatever you'd use (like x).. anyways, when t=0, the instantaneous speed would be 3 ft/s, and the instantaneous acceleration is 0.
