Answer:

In delivering health care, an effective teamwork can immediately and positively affect patient safety and outcome. The need for effective teams is increasing due to increasing co-morbidities and increasing complexity of specialization of care. Time has gone when a doctor or a dentist or any other health practitioner in whatsoever health organization would be able to solely deliver a quality care that satisfies his or her patients. The evolution in health care and a global demand for quality patient care necessitate a parallel health care professional development with a great focus on patient centred teamwork approach. This can only be achieved by placing the patient in the centre of care and through sharing a wide based culture of values and principles. This will help forming and developing an effective team able to deliver exceptional care to the patients. Aiming towards this goal, motivation of team members should be backed by strategies and practical skills in order to achieve goals and overcome challenges. This article highlights values and principles of working as a team and principles and provides team players with a practical approach to deliver quality patient care.

Is talking to friends, counselors, and parents ways to cope with stress and change?
Citrus2011 [14]
It depends on what the expectations of the conversation are as well as what roles these people fulfill in your life. For example, you might have a friend from soccer that you might not be able to confide in about personal issues. Generally, its confiding in individuals who fit all of these roles that would make up a coping mechanism for stress and change - If you did not have any friends and only conselors and parents, you might have an inadequate system for dealing with life's problems.

In addition to having such a system in place, its important that these roles provide constructive input. What good is a counselor or friend if, after explaining your problem, they do not provide their opinion? If they do provide their opinion, what good is it if its of little to no value? In short, yes, talking with friends/counselors/parents is a good way to deal with stress and change but ONLY if these individuals are fulfilling the roles in a constructive manner.

Describe the pathophysiology of congestive heart failure
N76 [4]
Heart failure, sometimes known as congestive heart failure, occurs when your heart muscle doesn't pump blood as well as it should. Certain conditions, such as narrowed arteries in your heart (coronary artery disease) or high blood pressure, gradually leave your heart too weak or stiff to fill and pump efficiently.

5. How does the epiglottis help prevent you
from choking on food while eating?
AysviL [449]
When you swallow, a flap called the epiglottis moves to block the entrance of food particles into your larynx and lungs. The muscles of the larynx pull upward to assist with this movement. They also tightly close during swallowing. That prevents food from entering your lungs.
